Well make a list and I'll order them all at the same time if you like. I pass these guys twice a day to and from work so no problem picking them up. We can have a mini meet at the Mcdonalds...

Arent i correct to say that the 5th gen doesnt have a separate fuel filter , but really its in the fuel pump underneath the seat, on the gas tank somewhere ??? If im talking about the right thing, i am 100% in to join into this buy. Sign me up on the list Smile

From what I can tell the 5th gen fuel strainer is a different part number from a 5.5 fuel strainer, but they use the same o-ring. If one of you infiniti guys can pm me a VIN I will send it to Dan to confirm the part number.

5th gen strainer 164002Y922
5th gen o-ring 1734201A00

5.5 strainer 164002Y505
5.5 o-ring 1734201A00

Fuel filter in 5th gen is also replacable not just the strainer... I would replace the filter sooner than the strainer...

There is a small bag at the bottom of the filter housing that is traditionally called strainer. The filter is a separate part from it...

According to the part site I looked at there is no part called a filter. Just the strainer.

Huh, funny naming convention... For me the filter was always the filter and little "tea bag" at the bottom of the sending unit (pre-filter) was a strainer... Oh well Smile
